The authors are invited to register at the joint conference after receiving the acceptance of the paper. The deadline for the early birds’ registration is February 21, 2020.
The authors are invited to send an e-mail at fiba@fin.ase.ro, until March 01, 2020, with the following information: i) attending author(s) or additional guest (name, affiliation and e-mail addresses) which will attend at the activities of the joint conference; ii) the receipt confirming the payment of the fee.
The conference fee is payable in EUR (or equivalent in RON at NBR exchange rate) for each paper. Discounted conference fee is available for PhD students and it is applicable only if all the authors are PhD students.
The standard fee covers conference registration and materials, access to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and dinner (March 26, 2020).
Gala dinner is taking place in a well know Bucharest restaurant on March 27, 2020.
Social program: for participants is organized on March 28, 2020.
Fee payments are to be made by bank transfer:
** All bank transfers will bear the specification: "Conference 2020" followed by your full name.
It is the responsibility of the individual sending the submission fee by bank transfer to ensure that the entire registration fee reaches the final destination of BANCA COMERCIALA FEROVIARA. ASOCIATIA ROMANA DE FINANTE-BANCI – ROFIBA (Romanian Association of Finance and Banking – RoFIBA) will not be liable for any bank charges charged for the transfer by your bank or its agents.
Participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation arrangements. The conference fee does not cover travel and accommodation costs.
