The Conference fee is EUR 100 (or equivalent in lei at NBR exchange rate) for each paper and covers Conference registration and materials, access to all Conference sessions, snacks & coffee breaks, lunch, gala dinner (on May 30, 2024).
A discount Conference fee of EUR 50 is available for Ph.D. students and is applicable only if all the authors are Ph.D. students.
The social program for the Conference participants is organized in the afternoon of May 31, 2024, at GRAMOFON WINE (https://www.gramofonwine.ro/), at a location near Bucharest, for an original experience that includes local wine tasting, traditional Romanian food and a relaxing afternoon. For the registered participants, the cost of the social events is EUR 70.
Payment details:
All bank transfers must bear the specification "Conference 2024" followed by participant’s full name.
